These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of My Immigration Helper, including the website, mobile application, account features, paid features, content, tools, and related services (collectively, the "App" or "Service"). My Immigration Helper is operated by NexGate Labs LLC ("NexGate Labs," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing the App, using the Service, or purchasing paid access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
My Immigration Helper provides immigration-related self-help information tools, guided eligibility question flows, roadmap previews, full roadmap access for paid users, evidence checklist tools, civics practice features, Visa Bulletin tools, official resource links, and related educational content.
The Service is intended to help users organize information, understand general immigration concepts, and locate official resources. It is not a substitute for legal advice.
My Immigration Helper is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, attorney services, document preparation by an attorney, or legal opinions. Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Immigration facts can be complex and case-specific. You should consult a licensed immigration attorney or qualified legal representative before making legal decisions, filing immigration forms, traveling, attending interviews, responding to government notices, or taking action based on immigration history, criminal history, inadmissibility, deportability, prior removal orders, misrepresentation concerns, unlawful presence, status violations, or other legal issues.
My Immigration Helper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by USCIS, DHS, the Department of State, EOIR, ICE, CBP, or any other government agency. Official forms, filing fees, eligibility rules, processing times, and government instructions should be confirmed directly with official government sources.
We may offer both free and paid features. Free features may include account access, general resources, official links, selected civics practice features, limited roadmap previews, and other content we choose to make available without charge.
Paid features may include Full Access, full roadmap details, saving to My Journey, saved journey history, detailed evidence checklist access, standard civics practice, weak-points civics practice, civics progress tracking, saved Visa Bulletin checks, and other premium features.
We may add, remove, modify, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We may also change which features are free or paid, subject to applicable law and any specific purchase terms shown at checkout.
My Immigration Helper currently offers Full Access as a one-time digital purchase through Stripe for web/PWA users. The current sandbox/test price used during development is not a live charge. When live payments are enabled, the price and purchase terms will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Full Access is a digital product. After a successful payment, access is granted to the purchasing account through an account entitlement. You are responsible for signing into the correct account before purchasing.
Charges may appear on your card statement as My Immigration Helper, NexGate Labs LLC, or a similar Stripe statement descriptor.
Payments for web or PWA purchases are processed by Stripe or another payment processor we designate. We do not store full credit card numbers. Your payment provider may process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.
If the Service is offered through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace in the future, purchases of digital features inside the native mobile app may be handled through that platform's payment system and may be subject to that platform's terms, billing rules, refund rules, and cancellation process.
Because Full Access is a digital product, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. However, refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase if:
To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact support@myimmigrationhelper.com with the email address used for your account, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Customers should contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can review and try to resolve the issue. Filing a dispute may temporarily or permanently affect account access while the charge is reviewed.
My Immigration Helper does not sell or ship physical goods, so product returns do not apply.
Full Access is currently offered as a one-time digital purchase. There is no recurring subscription and no monthly cancellation is required.
If subscription plans are offered in the future, cancellation terms will be shown at checkout and/or in the account billing area. Mobile app subscriptions, if offered, may need to be managed through the App Store or Google Play depending on where the purchase was made.

We try to provide helpful and current information, but immigration laws, policies, forms, fees, procedures, processing times, and government interpretations can change. The Service may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or incomplete information.
You are responsible for verifying information with official government sources and qualified legal help before taking action. We do not guarantee eligibility, approval, filing success, immigration status, case outcome, interview result, visa availability, naturalization result, or any other government decision.
You may delete certain saved data through App features where available. You may also request account assistance by contacting support@myimmigrationhelper.com. Account deletion may remove saved journeys, profile information, civics progress, and other account data, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, backup, and security retention needs.
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, mascot, workflows, software, content organization, and other materials, is owned by NexGate Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
The Service may link to USCIS, Department of State, court, legal aid, nonprofit, YouTube, payment provider, app-store, or other third-party websites and resources. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, accuracy, or practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, attempted to bypass security or payment controls, used the Service unlawfully, created risk for other users or the Service, or if we are required to do so by law, platform rules, payment provider requirements, or security needs.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and uninterrupted operation to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexGate Labs LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data; lost profits; immigration consequences; filing mistakes; missed deadlines; denial of benefits; removal, inadmissibility, or deportability consequences; or other outcomes arising from use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service during the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you did not pay for the Service.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App or on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
